Kiteboarding Lesson Policies

RAIN CHECK POLICY
All lessons and camps require either (1)prepayment of the lesson or camp, or (2)a minimum $50 deposit
upon booking to assure a time slot. If a lesson or camp is cancelled due to weather, you will be issued a rain
check equivalent to the value of the time remaining for the lesson or camp booked, which will be valid for one
(1) year from the date of the rain checked lesson or camp. The full value of a rain check may be redeemed for
lessons or camps with East Coast Kiteboarding.

If you fail to show up at the time of your scheduled lesson or camp, or fail to call to postpone your scheduled
lesson or camp, you will forfeit 100% of the value of your prepaid lesson or camp, or your deposit and will not
receive a rain check. If you fail to show up on time for your scheduled lesson or camp, the amount of time you
are late will be deducted from the total lesson or camp time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A lesson or camp may be cancelled or rescheduled up to five (5) days before the scheduled lesson or camp
time. If a client cancels a lesson or camp within five (5) days of the time scheduled for the lesson or camp, the
client will be charged a $50 rescheduling or cancellation fee. If your lesson or camp is cancelled by East
Coast Kiteboarding, you will receive a rain check equivalent to the value of the lesson or camp booked. NO
REFUNDS.

No-shows are clients who do not cancel but who miss their scheduled lesson or camp for any reason.
No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund.

East Coast Kiteboarding, Inc. does NOT issue refunds for time remaining from prepaid lessons or camps.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 12 months from the date of
issuance. If a gift certificate is not used within twelve months, the gift certificate is void.

2. Gift certificates are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

4. If your lesson or camp exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit
card or cash.

5. East Coast Kiteboarding is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
