2007 North Vegas Kiteboarding Kite

North Kites new 2007 Vegas is a great update to the 2006 model. Among the most noticeable updates are the absence of wing
tip battens which make packing this years kite much easier, new 5th line attachment which distributes the load evenly, and the
addition of a reliable two pump system.
Construction -  This years construction include many of the same improvements from last year. Most noticeable are strut
diameter, Cam battens, and Trim Tips. The same solid construction materials as last year's kite make this year's Vegas extremely
durable. The interior struts are smaller in diameter than the outside struts and enable you pump the struts rock solid. As with the
07 Rhino, the 07 Vegas drops the Trim Tip wing tips which allows the kite to pack up much easier. The kite still retains its de
power range and dumps all power instantly.
Turning Speed – As with all North kites the turning speed is adjustable by moving the pigtails in or out on the trailing edge of the
kite. One of the most noticeable differences from last years kite are the wing tips. This years tips are absent of the battens which
made packing up last years kite so difficult.  Bar pressure on new 07 5th Element Iron Heart bar is perfect (not to heavy or light),
which allows beginner and advanced riders feel where the kite is at all times.
Power – Solid power. The wind range on this kite is amazing, great low end power but also incredibly easy to edge out when over
powered. I have ridden this kite in 15-25 knots and have never been overpowered. The de power system of the new North Vegas
is similar to the much talked about bow kites with out the lame power on power off feel of many bows.
Lift –  Incredible. The kite's design makes jumping huge a breeze.
Wind Range -
9m - 17 to 30 knots
12m - 13 to 24 knots
