December 2004 -East Coast Kiteboarding School has received the new North Rhino 05's and testing has
begun. Check out our
kiteboarding articles page for a full review of the Rhino 2005 14 meter with the 5th
element bar. Also added to our articles page is an informative how to section, which will be updated each
month with kiteboarding tips and tricks.

The ECK crew was lucky enough to catch a few windy days on the west coast of Florida and test the
10-meter and 14 meter Rhino 05's kiteboarding kites. Our first day in the Naples area was epic with 20-25
knot side shore winds and head high swells. We kite boarded north of the Naples pier and were amazed
by the great conditions the west coast of Florida had to offer. The next day we traveled south to Marco Island
which is one of the best kiteboarding locations Florida has to offer, just image Crandon Park ten times the
size, minus the crowds. If we only knew the day before we would have been there both days. The only draw
back was the lengthy walk to the set up area, a small price to pay to ride perfection.
November 2004 - The South Florida season has officially begun! We've been sitting on the boundary of a
high and low pressure system that's given us epic days of 25-30 knot winds, and the forecast is looking
bright. Subscribe to
iKitesurf for the latest real time wind and forecast updates.
